Your wallet recharges and financial balances are loaded securely in memory on your device using simulated secure interfaces or real payment redirects. We never share your transaction ledgers with third parties.

Welcome to Vocalis Premium Consult. By registering as a customer, client, or certified consulting expert on our mobile app network, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms and conditions specified herein:
2.1 SESSIONS AND RATES
Our platform offers simulated live audio and video consultation calls with experts. Call rates are calculated in real-time per minute according to the rates defined dynamically by experts or administrators.
2.2 WALLET AND BALANCE MANAGEMENT
All client balances are managed securely via simulated local persistences matching standard gateways. Any balance recharges loaded are subject to local transaction ledger logs. Recharges are subject to 18% GST which is logged automatically in your transactions.
2.3 PLATFORM SPLITS
Administrators control dynamic commission splits for Audio and Video calls. The commission percentage will be decided by the administrator. The remaining amount is instantly credited as active earnings to the expert’s wallet and is available for UPI withdrawal requests audited by administrators.

3.1 CONSULTATION DISCONNECTIONS
In case of call disconnections due to insufficient wallet balance, our system instantly recalculates call fees to the exact duration elapsed, ensuring no overcharges occur.
3.2 WITHDRAWALS AND PAYOUTS
Consulting experts can request withdrawal of earnings to their registered UPI ID. Payout requests are verified, approved, and processed by platform administrators securely.
